CLERMONT INDUSTRIAL PARK
Mission
The Industrial Park of the City of Clermont is an advantageous location for companies wishing to settle within its borders. Located near Highway 138, the industrial park has direct railroad access to large urban centres. Nearby highway and railroad systems, a sea port and an airport are major assets for our MRC. The Pointe-au-Pic port in La Malbaie is 10 kilometres from the Park and can be reached by road or by train.
The Local Development Centre of the MRC of Charlevoix-East gives all eligible promoters, for any type of construction project undertaken in the Clermont Industrial Park, a subsidy following construction work or extension work on an actual industrial, paraindustrial, research and/commercial building.

The Park houses small and medium-sized industries as well as the offices of the CLD of the MRC of Charlevoix-East and other governmental organisations such as the Société d’Aide au Développement et des collectivités de Charlevoix (SADC).
In business since 1996, an industrial incubator offers new companies low cost rental space as a contribution to their first steps in business while giving new entrepreneurs administrative and operational support.
