The present contract constitutes a legal agreement between the website user and CI with respect to the portal and its usage.

11. Applicable Laws
The present contract relating to the terms and conditions of service is governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec. The CI website user recognizes herein that any dispute arising from or linked to the utilisation of the CI Website services will be submitted to the tribunals of the District of Montreal, Province of Quebec.
12. Compensation
The user herein agrees to act in the interest and on behalf of Gestion BIX inc. in the case of legal proceedings against Gestion BIX inc. following a violation of the hereinabove stated terms and conditions of use by said user or any other person using said user’s access to the CI website.
13. Act of God
CI declares that it will not be responsible for the non-execution, in whole or in part, of anyone of its obligations to its users, nor for damages or losses that its users could undergo, should the non-execution, damages and/or losses are the results of an act of God or circumstances beyond its control.
