FOREIGN STUDENTS

In 2005, about 30 foreign students from tertiary educational institutions were studying in Charlevoix. Because of agreements signed by Quebec and some fifty countries or national organisations, a certain number of students can profit from an additional fee exemption normally applicable to foreign students.
The Quebec Education Ministry gives foreign students several tools to help them in the preparation and fulfilment of their studies.
