RECYCLING IN CHARLEVOIX

Coming in and leaving by the same door!

In the Charlevoix 2049 declaration, we proposed to expand a specific idea.  Why not take over the huge summer residences built by the rich and famous and give them a second life, a second role.  Transforming them in living museums featuring Charlevoix know-how would be the ideal way to make everyone sit up and notice that prosperity can be planned.  A series of small museums would offer interesting tours of the various approaches taken to bring about a responsible and sustainable economy.  Using this approach to recycle would be the best and most intelligent use of wealth and resources found in a common territory in its human context.  The Regional Community of Charlevoix must at all costs promote, develop and encourage the reduction, re-use, recuperation and recycling of containers, wrapping materials, products and all types of matters for a definite purpose : conserving our resources.  With the help of agreements defining an evolving vision, to enter into agreements with our municipalities, families, societies, organisations and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The recycling and transformation niche is growing by leaps and bounds and offers enormous possibilities.  We must target what is possible and work to implement these possibilities at home.  To create new sustainable and responsible jobs.  Charlevoix International opens the door to the world and to the types of enterprises that settle in our midst and also gives those with a vision and new citizens an exceptional territory, a place to build a new life and create wealth.

Recycling is survival through available intelligence.
